帶動起真正的變革

要人們改變他們的行為,幾乎是不可能的。即使這樣的改變是正面的,但是人們通常就對擁抱新事物感到困難。
以下的作法,能夠讓推動變革的行動可口美味多了:
  1. 強調愉快、而非害怕。恐懼有的時候確實能激發人做出改變,但是多數的時候是讓人屏氣凝結的。因此,應該多強調正面行為的歡樂面,讓人們從中樂意做出改變。
  2. 建立群眾環境。儘管我們天性中會喜歡獨處的時候,但是人們仍然會適應群眾的集體行為。我們可以在群眾中建立起人們願意尊敬也樂於模仿的行為模式。
  3. 在群眾既有行為上變革。例如要改變列車時刻表,會影響人們交通通勤生活習慣,但是可以透過人們習慣使用的手機進行友善的通知。
Drive Real Change
It is almost impossible for people to change their behavior. Even if such changes are positive, people often find it difficult to embrace new things.
The following can make action to promote change much more delicious:
  1. Emphasize pleasure, not fear. Fear can sometimes motivate people to make changes, but most of the time it makes people hold their breath. Therefore, more emphasis should be placed on the happy side of positive behavior so that people are willing to make changes.
  2. Establishing a mass environment. Although we naturally like to be alone, people still adapt to the collective behavior of the masses. We can build up behavioral patterns among the masses that people are willing to respect and imitate.
  3. Change the existing behavior of the masses. For example, changing train timetables can affect people's commuting habits, but friendly notifications can be made through people's customary mobile phones.
