如何有效推動改革?

領導者如果推動改革太過急迫,通常會遭遇組織內很大的抵抗或是嗔恨,甚至導致部屬的離異。以下有三個方法能夠讓你安靜而有效的推動改革:
  1. 以身作則。以你的語言或是行為來展示你希望如何改變。通常,看到領導者率先做出了改變,員工會比較信服而跟進。
  2. 將負面轉化為正面。設法找到方法來將員工的抗拒,轉化為改變的機會。你必須很仔細的聆聽,瞭解他們抗拒的背後理由,正視這些問題,不要回避,好好溝通。
  3. 建立同盟。你會有機會在發現在組織內有其他人與你一樣渴望推動改革。和他們分享你的觀念,並讓他們成為你推動改革的支持力量。
How to effectively promote reform?
If leaders push for reform too urgently, they often encounter great resistance or hatred within the organization, and even lead to divorce of subordinates. Here are three ways to make reform work in a quiet and effective way:
  1. Set an example. Show how you want to change in terms of your language or behavior. Often, when leaders take the lead in making changes, employees are more convinced to follow up.
  2. Turn negative into positive. Find ways to turn employee resistance into opportunities for change. You must listen carefully, understand the reasons behind their resistance, face up to these problems, do not avoid, and communicate well.
  3. Building alliances. You will have the opportunity to discover that others in your organization are as eager to push for change as you are. Share your ideas with them and make them your supporters of reform.
