- Bottom up。
Overcoming obstacles to reform
Many people will resist reform, and many leaders have had the experience that the stronger you push for reform, the stronger the resistance attitude of those who resist reform, but some of them choose to be silent.
Here are three tricks to try:
- Cut in another way. If you encounter obstacles, cut in another way. Find out the reasons for his resistance and try to use his preferred form, also taking into account the purpose he wants to achieve.
- Communicate with someone who is friendly to him. Find someone who feels friendly to him and communicate with him. Their intimate interaction can lead to some good discussions and pass on your idea.
- Bottom up. If senior executives resist your reforms, you can build grass-roots support for you. With enough grass-roots support, your supervisor may rethink his position.
